What appears to be a semi-trailor truck has caused the upper level of this Weybosset Street parking complex to collapse. This photograph was taken before the construction of the Federal Center on Westminster Street, and therefore provides a clear view to the Conrad Building, one of Providence's most unique buildings. At the left is the Caesar Misch Building in a state of disrepair.
