Description
This interior photograph at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library shows the American flag hanging in a 115 foot grey-glass pavilion. The pavilion stands between a circular section and the 125 foot concrete tower that houses the archives and offices in the library. The building was designed by I. M. Pei, a Chinese-American architect considered a master of modern architecture.
