Hours:
We are open Monday through Friday by appointment only, however we will also be closed Tuesdays after 1:00pm through December 2024. Due to limited staffing, if you arrive without an appointment, we may not be able to accommodate your needs. Please contact us by email the Digital Archivist and Special Collections Librarian to schedule an appointment. Additionally, all researchers must fill out our Researcher Registration Form prior to viewing any Special Collections materials. This form explains our policies regarding access and use and must be completed every fiscal year.

Special Collections is located on the 4th floor of Adams Library (the library is the highlighted building on the left). Public visitors must obtain a temporary parking pass from Campus Police at the Welcome Center (Mt. Pleasant Ave entrance, the building highlighted on far right of above image).
