Title
Baltimore: Cross Street Market Interior
Description
The Cross St. Market is one of Baltimore’s six surviving market places. Located in Federal Hill and close to the Inner Harbor, it is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike. The Cross St. Market sells produce, fresh meat and seafood. The current 30,000-square-foot structure was completed in 1952 after a fire in 1951 destroyed the two story Italian Revival structure that had stood since the turn of the century.
